1. When can you start learning mental math?
One can start when they know 0,1,2,3...9. Different ages will be provided with different learning materials. Each student’s taught individually depending on their progress. California First 5 encourages and recommends students start learning at the age of 4.

2. What is mental math?
It is when you have an imaginary abacus inside your mind and when you see numbers, it moves the beads on the imaginary abacus therefore "seeing" the answer on the abacus.

3. Do you teach in English?
Yes.

4. What good does it do for you?
Practicing abacus/mental math will enhance your concentration and memorization. Sharpens the sense of one's observation, judgment and deliberate. Will help raise one's endurance, patience and confidence to overcome and conquer their difficulties. Guide student how to flex mental math into their everyday use and school math, having a fast and accurate answer as the basis of math. And it's a skill, nobody can take it away.

5. How many students per class meeting?
Each student’s taught with individual’s progress. Each meeting’s average of 10 students leads by two teachers and assistants helping and supervising with students’ concentration and progress. Also helps students understand their school math better applying with mental math’s teaching.

6. Fee?
Each semester’s consist of ten consecutive weekly meetings for $240, each meeting’s 1 hour and 20 minutes. First time register fee of $35 including personalized 3-ring binder, bag, mental math materials and grade school’s math questions without additional charges.

7. If my son/daughter's not good with math, can they still learn?
Many students that are having trouble in school and math; after practicing our training, not only did their math performance go up, as well as other academic subjects along with their memorization skill.

8. If missed a class meeting, can it be postponed?
No, but you’re able to do make-ups. For example, stay half of class meeting longer for 2 times or go to a different day class.

9. Can parents stay and watch?
We ask parents to wait outside until pick up time in order to keep the class organized and ordinance.

10. How long do I have to keep learning?
Depending in each person's desire, just like how there is elementary, middle, high school. And you can go on with college, Associate degree, Bachelor, Ph D.

11. How long until they can join competitions?
Competitions consist of 5 different level groups and students are able to compete after few months of learning.

12. We already have computer and calculator, why do we still need to learn mental math?
a.) We already have cars, why do we still have bicycles?

b.) Martial arts are afraid of bullets. Mental math can train you to not be afraid of the calculator and math.

c.) Scientific proven the positives mental math does; Proves that depending on calculator when you're young will interrupt with the development of younglings’ brain.

d.) Mental math is the basis of math.
